bitplay’s AquaSeal 02 consists of two pieces: the front bag with 100% waterproof material, and the rear bag made of water-repellent CORDURA® fabric. The Fidlock® magnetic fastener joins and secures the front and back bag. The front bag lets you use your smartphone directly and keep it safe from water, and the back bag can carry your everyday belongings.  

100% Waterproof Front Phone Bag

The transparent front bag features IPX7 waterproof and a touchscreen-friendly design, enabling you to operate your smartphone with ease.

  • Seal Zipper
    The front bag stays airtight using a professional-grade seal zipper. Pull the seal zipper tightly to the end to prevent any water from seeping inside.

  • Fidlock® Magnetic Fastener

    The Fidlock® magnetic fastener joins and secures the front and back bag to make an on-the-go sacoche style. Snap off the front bag in 0.5 seconds, and fasten it back when you’re done．




Water-Repellent CORDURA® Back Bag

Made of 305D CORDURA® fabric that is recyclable, durable, water-repellent, and environmentally-friendly.

    1. The AquaSeal 02 is not shock-resistant—therefore, we cannot guarantee protection of your items in the event of drops or falls. We suggest you properly reinforce your personal items or smartphone before placing them into the bag.
    2. Test the waterproofing before using the front bag. bitplay’s warranty, maintenance, return, and exchange services do not apply to your smartphone or valuables.
    3. Please do not press the front bag firmly if the seal zipper has locked air inside. Doing so could cause damage to the zipper due to inner pressure.
    4. Avoid placing the front bag in a high-temperature environment or direct sunlight to prevent permanent damage infused parts.
    5. After submerging the front bag of AquaSeal 02 underwater (especially under the seawater, beach, or other environments containing salt), please wash with clean water and soak into water for up to 10 minutes. Then place the bag in a cool, dry place to maintain the function of the bag.
    6. When you place your smartphone into the front bag, it’s normal to see your screen become foggy since the front bag is fully sealed. The air in the bag will become humid, and the temperature of your mobile device may cause the interior temperature to rise. Upon the front bag is submerged into cold water, the temperature difference may cause the interior of the transparent bag to fog. If this happens, simply remove your smartphone from the bag. 

    • Preparation Time
      All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 working days after the order was placed (not including pre-order items, and orders during holidays).
    • Delivery Time
      The estimated delivery time for international orders is 3 to 7 days to arrive via FedEx, EMS or SF Express. However, the exact arrival date may vary due to the schedule of the couriers. You can read more on < Delivery >.

      Please note that you are responsible for paying any local import duties and taxes. These fees differ depending on the value of your purchase and the delivery location so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
