Maintenance & Care
A product's longevity depends not only on its design but also on how it is handled daily. When used at the beach or in high-salinity environments, salt can accumulate within the seams and zipper structures.
After use, we recommend soaking the product in room-temperature fresh water and rinsing the zippers and fine details under a running tap to help remove any residual substances.
Cleaning and Storage
If the transparent window feels sticky, it is likely due to sunscreen or skin oils rather than a material defect. There is no need for heavy scrubbing; simply wipe with diluted neutral detergent and finish with a soft cloth. Please avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, or soaking in alcohol, as these can cause the TPU to lose its original flexibility and clarity.
Once cleaned, allow the product to air dry in a cool, ventilated area. Ensure the interior is completely free of moisture before storing it away.
